Elephant Cooperation hosted its first dinner of the year with special guests, Otto Werdmuller Von Elgg and Robert Hanaford, from UAV Drones & Solutions (UDS).

Otto and Robert, in partnership with Air Shepherd, fly drones in Southern Africa to deter poachers away from declining wildlife, including elephants. They are the first non-military group that is certified to fly drones at night beyond the line of sight.

The dinner took place at Balboa Yacht Club in Newport Beach and consisted of good food and a Q&A with Otto and Rob. Elephant Cooperation also hosted its first dessert auction, where each table worked together as a team to raise the most funds in order to get their first pick at dessert. The dessert auction was a huge success!
